Before Purchasing:

Before booking with Studio 418, please make sure you fill out our design form which will be sent to your email. All communication after your purchase will be done via email. Also, please do not book a service through us without listing contact information as well!

Turnaround Time: 

The normal turnaround time is between 2-7 business days. If revisions are needed an additional 2-7 business days will be added.

 Immediately After Purchasing:

After you have booked a service through Studio 418, it is mandatory that you send all required information within 48 hours after purchasing or your order will be CANCELED!!! We will not constantly send out emails reminding and asking customers to forward us their information.

 Photo Requirements:

It is required that all clients must have and submit high quality photos for the best quality design. If you do not have quality photos, we can provide them for you.

Logo Files:

All logos must be sent in a .png (transparent) file via email.
